You must first call 1-866-208-6551 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) which must be clearly written on the outside of the package or shipping label.
All merchandise must be in new condition: tires must not have been driven on and wheels must not have been mounted on the vehicle. All merchandise must be properly packaged and shipped fully insured. Any product that is custom made to order is not returnable.
Credit will be issued for the full purchase price minus all freight charges, once the returned merchandise is received.
All products sold by TreadZone.com come with the full manufacturers warrantee. We will be happy to help our customers should a warrantee problem arise. Beyond the standard manufacture warrantee there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitment for any particular purpose.
